Corner Stay reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not successfully processed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms mentioned in their booking confirmation. Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies.

6. Identification Requirement

Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at check-in for all guests. The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation if proper identification is not provided.

7. Occupancy Policy

Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay in the room. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to hotel policy and additional charges.

8. Amenities and Services

All listed amenities are subject to availability and may be modified or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Corner Stay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all facilities.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable stay, Corner Stay shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safety features where available.

10. Website Usage

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Corner Stay and must not be reproduced or used without permission.

11. Modifications to Terms
